HOW TO USE

Before bathing, use the Body Brush in sweeping strokes from the feet towards the heart to stimulate the lymphatic system. Start from the soles of the feet, up the legs, lower back, and up the arms. Pay extra attention to the armpits and use clockwise motions for the abdomen. Brush down from the neck to the chest, and upper back. Best used in the morning for an extra burst of revitalising energy.
