Shipping policy
We currently only offer domestic shipping across Australia. International shipping will be offered over the coming weeks.
All orders are dispatch Monday to Friday within 1 business day of your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Some deliveries may be delayed due to COVID-19 related circumstances. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Shipping times can be calculated on the Australia Post website. Please note that rural or remote areas may take longer than normal shipping times. Delays in delivery times may also be caused by holiday periods or extreme weather events.
Once your order has been processed, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number.
We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. For Parcel Lockers, please include the street address of the Parcel Locker location.
We advise to use a shipping address where someone is available to collect the parcel during business hours Monday-Friday. If no one is present at the time of delivery then the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card will be left for you.
If a parcel is returned to East Street Bazaar due to being unclaimed or because an incorrect address was submitted, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery handling and postage fee of up to $20. If the customer would prefer a refund then the fee will then be deducted from the total order amount. East Street Bazaar is not responsible for unclaimed parcels or parcels that have had incorrect addresses submitted during the order. East Street Bazaar is also not responsible where if a parcel has been lost or stolen unless this occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status 'Delivered' will signify that the order has been successfully received.
You can give authority for Australia Post to leave your order at the delivery address so that a signature will not be required at the time of delivery. Please note however that If you have given an authority to leave, then East Street Bazaar will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels in relation to your order if the tracking has been scanned as 'delivered'. If Safe Drop or a redirection was requested for a parcel, then East Street Bazaar will not be responsible for lost or undelivered parcels in these cases.
