Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of the products sold on the website, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds/ returns or exchanges once the orders have been shipped, unless the items inside the box have been damaged in transit, or an incorrect item has been received by you.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, East Street Bazaar will accept returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product is unsafe

We may elect to return the product to the wholesaler/manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. We also reserve the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

We utilise our best endeavours to ensure all products have been checked for damage and quality assurance prior to dispatch. If you receive an item that has been damaged, please contact us at hello@eaststreetbazaar.com within 14 days and provide clear images of the damaged product. PLEASE NOTE: Only damage to the actual product inside the packaging box will be considered, as damage to the box will not impede on the quality of the product inside.

If the items meet our requirements, we will provide you with instructions to have the returned. Upon our receipt of the items, if they are inspected to be in the condition warranting the return, we will notify you of our decision and promptly arrange for a requested refund to be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Please Note: Any request for a return or refund must be made within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Once 30 days have passed, we will no longer be unable to process your request.

There is no return or refund on sale items at any time.
